Classes
CRTBeam
The math of the beam simulator, which brings back the motion clarity of a CRT on displays at 120 Hz and above by lighting only the part of the picture the beam is drawing during each display refresh.
CRTBeamClock
Counts display refreshes for the beam simulator and tells where the beam is: which CRT frame is showing and which part of it the current refresh covers.
CRTGeometry
The CPU side of the CRT math: the tube warp, the mask period, the fitting of the raster into the screen, the phosphor decay factors, the white point and the video signal's subcarrier and filters.
CRTHDR
The math of HDR mask mode, which shows the phosphor mask at full strength and recovers its brightness from an HDR display's headroom.
TextModeCRTBeam
Switches the beam simulator on and off for every CRT picture at once and holds its shared clock. The simulator brings back the motion clarity of a CRT on displays at 120 Hz and above.
TextModeCRTCalibration
Shows a calibration pattern through every CRT picture at once, in place of the picture, for adjusting the CRT settings to the display.
TextModeCRTCameraEffects
The registration point for camera CRT implementations. A render pipeline package registers one; the rest of the game asks for it here.
TextModeCRTConstants
Shader names, shader property IDs, keywords and parameter limits used by the TextMode CRT.
TextModeCRTDriver
Shows a TextMode view through a simulated cathode ray tube: scanlines, phosphor mask, afterglow, glow and a curved screen.
TextModeCRTHDR
The registration point for HDR display information. A render pipeline package can register a source that knows about its own settings; the CRT asks here every frame.
TextModeCRTImageRenderer
Runs the CRT simulation over a whole image, such as a camera's picture, instead of a TextMode view. The render pipeline integrations call it; it needs no pipeline itself.
TextModeCRTMonitor
Shows a world-space TextMode view on a CRT monitor in a 3D scene: the tube simulation renders into a texture, and a screen mesh shows it as emitted light, with the phosphor mask laid out on the glass.
TextModeCRTPreset
A named set of CRT settings describing one kind of monitor, such as a green monochrome terminal or a color PC monitor.
TextModeCRTPresetRegistry
Finds the CRT presets in every Resources/CRT/Presets folder of the project.
TextModeCRTScreen
The uGUI graphic that shows the CRT picture. It covers the view it belongs to and draws the tube at screen resolution from the textures the TextModeCRTDriver prepares.
TextModeCRTSettings
Every parameter of the simulated cathode ray tube: the source raster, the beam, the mask, the phosphor, the glow, the tube geometry and the signal.
TextModeCRTTube
The physical state of a CRT: whether it is switched on, a running degauss, and the burn-in it has collected. Switching it off collapses the picture into a line and then a dot; switching it on lets it warm up.
Structs
CRTBeamStatus
A snapshot of the beam simulator's state, for a status display or a settings screen.
CRTHDRDisplay
What an HDR display reports about its luminance, as a snapshot for one frame.
CRTHDRTarget
How a CRT image renderer should treat the picture it draws in HDR.
CRTImageRegion
Which part of the source and destination textures holds the picture, for a render pipeline whose textures can be larger than the picture drawn into them.
Interfaces
ITextModeCRTCameraEffect
Shows a camera's whole picture through the CRT, implemented by a render pipeline package.
ITextModeCRTHDRDisplaySource
Reports what the HDR display shows for a camera, for HDR mask mode.
Enums
CRTBeamScanDirection
The direction in which the beam simulator sweeps the tube during one CRT frame.
CRTCalibrationPattern
A test pattern that TextModeCRTCalibration shows through the tube in place of the picture, for adjusting the CRT settings to the display.
CRTCurvatureShape
The shape of the simulated tube's faceplate.
CRTHorizontalKernel
The filter that models the beam's horizontal softness.
CRTMaskType
The phosphor mask pattern of the simulated tube.
CRTQualityTier
How much work the CRT does per frame.
CRTScaleMode
How the source raster is fitted into the screen area.
CRTSignalStandard
The broadcast standard a simulated composite or S-Video signal follows.
CRTSignalType
The kind of video connection that feeds the simulated tube.
